ü      Developed and implemented the expansion of a new call center project in New Delhi (India) comprising of WAN bandwidth uplift, configuration of Cisco based WAN using BT MPLS CoS capable network, LAN infrastructure using structured cabling installation and expanding the IP Telephony Voice and Data network in deployment of project deliverables.

Used Earned Value analysis to measure project performance and also prepared S-Curves, histograms and deployment schedule.
